Your fitting is very nice quality but as title states, it's 9/16 ID to 1/4 OD on the nipple or hose connection end.These are hard to find in metal and if you look at yours, at the base of the 1/4 shaft there are two step ups before the large open specialty female spring lock receiver; both are from lathe cuts and if they had left the stem(hose connection end) at the first step towards the 1/4 stem it would be right....its like it was machined down to far.....but I'm sure it was made this way by the quality and should just be marked 9/16 to 1/4.Thanks,PK
