I love everything about this. I have 237 microlocs (so a tad bigger than sister locks) The smallest tool (the extreme left tool shown in the product pic) is just perfect for my micro lots, so if you have true sisterlocs (i.e., 400 or more locs) then this might not be the tool set for you, as the bulb where you thread your loc through may be a bit wider than what you need. Having said that, the long curvy one on the extreme right might work? I can't say for sure until I give it out to someone who has sister locks and get their feedback. I love the smooth finishing that allows the tool to glide through my hair, the length of it is a perfect fit for the average female hand, it does not snag at all. If it falls you can hear it fall and locate it immediately, the threading process is a breeze; I recommend threading it through and then looping twice around the tool to avoid slippage. I work in eight sections and I have 237 locs. Each of the 8 sections takes between 25-30mins to complete. So between 4-6 hours to do my whole head, depending on how lazy I'm feeling. Awesome tool, and you can't beat it for the money. At $16 it's an absolute steal. With this tool I feel like locing my hair has become one of the best decisions I've made in my life. The only thing I can't comment on is longevity. I'll see how long it takes my tool to tarnish (if at all it does) and I'll come back and update my review accordingly. Regardless, at $16 I won't be sad about replacing it at all!
