I didn't expect a metal bench of at t his size and price point to be this good overall!I am happily surprised and impressed at the same time. It is thick enough to be sturdy and handle heavy loads but not to the point where it would be too heavy to lift, more around or easily disassemble. The design is very smart due to its assembly without the need for any tool. Coasters appear to be made from hardened rubber and easy to roll it around with about 65 lbs weight on it (initial test) even with one hand!In my humble opinion, here are the Pros and Cons:CONS:1) Instructions were OK but could be better for the initial steps outlining the key things to pay attention to make installation fool-proof (see installation tips for dummies below)2) I wish the peg holes were standard size and shape but I will be attaching a standard 4'x2' pegboard later on to expand the attachment area and also make it more compatible with the standard pegboard hooks I have.3) Even though the back panel with the half inch square holes appeared to be sturdy, I'd have liked support brackets included to make it more stable if the back panel is actually going to be used to hang tools. I can't knock any points because due to its design the top shelf could neither be higher nor the back panel could not have a more stable attachment without ruining its practical, tool-less assembly advantage. It will also be very easy to drill couple of holes from the back going thru the bottom of the back panel and the top shelf then using couple of washers and bolts/nuts to secure it.PROS:1) Easy installation where you do not need any tools! Here are some installation tips:- Make sure the smaller opening of the pear shaped holes on the frame bars (1) is facing down towards the wheels (see last pic)- Install all 4 caps (A) that go to the top end of the long frame bars (1)- When installing the coaster attachments (B) 2 of them go to the bottom of 2x long bars (1) and the other 2 needs to go to the bottom of the 2 short bars that will form the back legs of the bench.- The two plastic connectors will go to the top end of the 2 short bars where you will have to attach the 2 remaining long bars (1) when attaching the horizontal support brackets where the shelves sit on top of, make sure to place the brackets in the middle of long bar (1) and the short bar so it can secure and stabilize the frame.- When installing the 6 long and 6 short horizontal support bars where the shelves be sitting on, make sure the FLAT edged sides are up (facing the shelf) and angled sides are facing down to the ground- Be careful when installing the coasters; the inner circular piece is quite sharp!2) Would be very easy and quick to disassemble it for transportation or to simply rearrange the shelf heights3) Metal shelves are strong and sturdy enough to handle heavy weights4) Easy cleanup due to the smooth finish5) Durable coasters make it easy to move it around even with heavy loads.6) All 4 coasters can be locked for stability7) Back panel allows modification to extend the functionality of the bench8) Metal frame makes it possible to attach magnetic electrical outlets/surge protectors
