Unique combination of tools.Perfect for kitchen drawer to help with mounting some wall picturesI went minimal moving to an apartment and no longer needing to do home repairs. This is basically perfect for small tasksThis tool is a nice addition to the everyday toolkit as it has a nice "little" hammer to use for leveling nails and small projects. I got my first one as a gift and was so impressed that I got one more for myself and one for my sister. It is not light weight or flimsy. The untreated tool is light colored, unfinished wood and it looked nice when I painted the owner's name on it and put on a light coat of lacquer. The black tool costs a bit more but has a nice, finished look. I took a star off the rating because the accessory pieces are very difficult to extract ... but this improves with use.I salvaged them as key chains for the young men in the family. I couldn’t use them for my original purpose of breaking up peanut brittle.I got a new bicycle and it came with a small tool kit. On a ride, I needed to use the screwdriver. It had a very small plastic handle. So small in diameter that I could not get much torque on it. And the screwdriver blade that went into the plastic handle really tore up the plastic. This things folds up even smaller than the tool that provided with my bicycle, and provides good torque. I really like this tool for when carrying space is limited.Pros : Its light weight, compact, easy to use,and has 6 bits to choose from. All this from a multi-tool thats smaller than a pen.Cons : Because the bits are exposed at all times they tend to poke you when reaching in your pocket or just your leg from time to time.Overall : Excellent versatility, tork option works very welI,and dual sided bits are perfect.Always loved this tool when kobalt came out with it in 2013 or so.I lost that one and kobalt discontinued them since then so im glad somebody made a reproduction.Definetly worth every penny.Just a toyIt is clear that the reviewers who rated this product highly had it confused with a different product because some of the reviews mentioned a hammer. This tool has no hammer - none whatsoever. The Kikkerland Bug Plier Mult-Tool is practically worthless. Of all the tools it supposedly contains only plier and nail file function at all, and not very well at that. The knife is unusable because it has never been ground sharp -- useful only with minute pieces of butter perhaps. The so-called flat screwdriver is so rounded at the business end that it just slides right out of any slotted screw. Worse still is the tool that vaguely resembles a Philips screwdriver. I cannot think of any size Philips screw that this thing could reasonably turn, the edges of the Philips "star" are so rounded and misshapen. This device is truly worthless. It is a prime example of an item that only looks like what it is supposed to be, but has little, if any, valid function. I bought it as a Christmas stocking stuffer and started out to return it today but missed the return deadline. I can think of no use this thing has except as a paperweight. I want to assure all readers that my review is in not in any way an exaggeration. The tool with the hammer, which the positive reviews seem to reference, may well be a good purchase. The Kikkerland Bug Plier Multi-Tool, however, is completely worthless.Bought as a present. Not actually tried it yet but the recipient was very impressed with the look of it, all the different tools included on it.I bought one for myself and bought these two as presents it is so good and finctionalToo tiny to be usable. The description said it was 5.11 inches long, which would have made it usable for light work. Instead it's about 2 inches long. The knife was dull and too small to sharpen. The pliers' jaws can't open wide. The hammer is too light too knock anything in. It's basically a novelty item. Makes a nice looking keychain, but don't expect to actually use it for work.
