Appalling design. Impossible to attach the Terry Cloths which especially designed to fit on this. Impossible to get the Terry Cloths taut in order that they can glide along the floor collecting liquid.The original head for the Karcher Floorsteamer had broken at the neck. The replacement is a perfect fit, so we are back in business! Thank you.Only OK, because all I wanted was to replace the knuckle joint at the top of this. So I acheived that but am disappointed that KArcher don;t do spares of that.So now I have two.Genuine replacement part but hugely expensive. Can nearly buy a whole replacement steamer for the price from Karcher outlet.I had broken my replacement foot to heavy handed with it I was so happy you could replace it for me in time for spring cleaning
