If you need to get to offset cups on rusty pins this thing really does the trick. Not exactly cheap but works really well, and easier than fumbling with my 45* needle noses. If the pins arent rusty you may as well just do it by hand though. It's a time saver, just a question of what your time is worth, probably ditching the screw driver handle cup tool for this though.
