Price of $38 was surprizing to say the least.Delivery, as usual, was right on time.Assembly was easy following RCBS instruction sheet. Within an hour of receiving the tool, I assembled it and primed (100) 357 mag cases with no malfunctions.Impressed with features of the tool:No need to touch primers when loading it up or when priming.Ridges in primer tray automatically positions primers in anvil up position.Primer tray feeds primers correct every time.Primer works with all size cartridges using the same shell holders used in your RCBS press.Primer easily converts from small to large primersThis is a very well designed and manufactured tool. I am very happy with everything I have bought from RCBS, they make quality products.Changing primer size is not difficult. The toggle tip must be slightly elevated to place it in line with the ball socket of the priming pin. If resistance to closing is still felt make sure the toggle is not out of its pivot slot and binding on the frame. This is not a 45 minute operation.
