I had considered buying a pick up tool like this one several times in the past, but like many other small tools, I needed it in very specific circumstances and then forgot about it later on. I recently dropped a screwdriver bit down the inside of a wall while working on an outlet, and I finally decided that it was time to buy one of these!Highlights:1. The magnet is very strong, and picks up moderately heavy items with ease (items such as screw driver bits are extremely easy to pick up, and I have also been able to pick up larger items such as a computer's VGA adapter).2. The LED light is exceptionally bright and is really handy when using this tool in a dark space.This is an excellent tool, it is made very nicely, and it functions exactly the way that I wanted it to. It is also worth mentioning that the tool I received did not have the brand name (Preciva) printed on the handle. I am actually a fan of this since I like the "no decals" look.
