I really have to say that I was torn on how to write this review. Amazon Prime was clearly the best price I could find on this product. Their Vehicle Fitment guild for this item is NOT accurate and shows that it will not fit a short bed F250, which is incorrect. The fitment on my truck is perfect. The package arrived on-time but in about the poorest condition possible. The Fedex driver wanted me to open it up to make sure it wasn't damaged. Unfortunately, there was damage to just about every part of the bed cover. It still functioned, however, there were several tears in the foam seal as well as the rubber gasket between panels was pulled out and could not be put back correctly without tearing it. There were pry marks around the corners from what appeared to be a flat head screw driver being wedged in (probably someone trying to reseat the seal). Even the Extang sticker was crooked. All that, plus it was packaged (or clearly Re-packaged) in a box with NO packing foam. The box is about 4-times the size of the actual bed cover, so there was plenty of room for it to be tossed around. Oh, and one of the plastic clips that secures it when folded all the way open was broken. Why the 5 star review you ask? Because I don't blame Extang or Amazon for the damage. I blame the person who bought the item before me, damaged it, and then returned it to Amazon in that poor condition. Amazon won't resell an item as new if it was returned, unless the person returning it claimed that it was in new condition when returning it.When I called Amazon to explain all the problems, the representative was 100% helpful and provided excellent customer service. I have a new item arriving tomorrow and I will be shipping this one back ASAP.Now that all that is said and done.I think the Extang 57720 is a great bed cover because it is made very well and works very well. Regarding the "under 1 minute installation"......yeah, that isn't true. You need to cut away little notches in the plastic bed rail covers on your bed to allow the 4 clamps to pull against metal and not bend the plastic. You also need to take a few minutes and do a good job lining it up on each side as well as the back. The plastic hardware clips (that secure it when folded open) should be upgraded to metal or someone stronger. I like the fact that it doesn't interfere with the Bedrails I have on the inside edge of the bed sides.I will be REALLY happy once the replacement arrived tomorrow (as long as it is in new condition). This is a great product and I think it will last for a long time so long as it isn't abused.
