All the studs were in the postal bag and not in the box for the studs.Otherwise there were no missing studs and the stud tool is great. This is the second year of snow where I live and the studs go thru all conditions. I can actually go on roads that cars can't. For those that ride year round you can't beat these studs. Zero slippage on ice and snow. I ride a Surly LHT that's 25+yo. Contrary to claims that the studs last a long time, my studs are worn down after the snow and ice is gone in one season. Not a complaint! These studs work as advertised but only for a short time. My tires still look like new. I would still buy the studs every year. With the tool it's very easy and quick to install the studs.
