The Ideal 45-262 is a Coax strip master standard wire striper. This spring cushion-grip handle tool has spring-action operation that both grips and strips in on motion. The knife-type blades feature multiple hole diameters sized for two-step removal of outer jacket insulation and center conductor. Able to strip many different cable sizes with specific blades. The sturdy die-cast frame provides long-term durability and inspires confidence in the work site reliability. In 1916, J. I purchased the IDEAL COAX Stripmaster Wire Stripper for RG - 59, I received the RG - 6 model, this has happened before. I just thought I ordered the wrong one and purchased the RG - 59 replacement blades. This time, I was careful to order the correct tool. When the WRONG one came in again, I contacted AV House for the replacement tool. The Customer Service Rep looked into the matter and he discovered the fault was on AMAZON's side. He apologized for AMAZON and sent me the correct tool, I informed him I will buy from AV House again in the future. Now on to the tool... The Stripmaster tool is a great time saver when it comes to stripping the COAX and installing BNC's. The only down side is it is bulky and does not fit into some tool pouches very well. It is not a fault of the tool, it is something one must consider when carrying it around the jobsite. I have used Stipmaster tools in the past and this one is not different.
