I've read a ton of reviews for this item and decided to purchase them. I bought 2 of these and they arrived in 2 days. When I took them out of the package my first thought was that it might be too flimsy and light to hold anything but I was wrong. I hung them side by side and made sure I used my stud finder to locate the studs before I installed them. Once I put them up there was no problem for hanging up all my items. The one thing you MUST do is locate the studs before hanging them and you won't have any problems. This was a great inexpensive simple item to hang that works great.Works well holding a variety of garden tools. Although it is securely fastened to the wall, I wish it sat "flatter".I put an extra screw and clip on it, seemed to need it Did not hang some of the heavier stuff.O.K otherwise.Works as describedprice seemed to much for purpose. just hang stuff in my shed to save space.The experience in getting all of my original order was a nightmare. The whole issue from the very beginning dealt with not receiving three mounting screws. I received nine screws, but should have received twelve. Every time Amazon was to send me a replacement rail along with the three attaching screws, they would send me just the rail. Every time I tried to explain that all I needed were the three screws. After several unsuccessful tries, the rail and three screws finally appeared. With this hassel I have been put through, I'm not sure I want to use Amazon to rely on getting a product ordered. If you give refunds, I believe I deserve one.perfect fit and easy to hang.This utility rack was missing hardware and apparently that is common. So had to place 4 screws into studs and hope that it holds. Be warned that the image that shows how many items can be held by this rack is exaggerated it can fit small items but for shovels it is limited to may 2-3 max.
