I received this tool and wasn't impressed. I don't know what I expected but my first thought was I just wasted my money. However, I have a serious weed problem and because of my age didn't know what I could do about it. If you garden like me , if you don't get the roots, why bother.I was attempting tp garden as usual and it was going okay, but then I thought of my new tool. It doesn't pull out weeds plus roots unless you work the ground first. So I used a shovel to get below the roots, applied the tool and was so pleased. I could get the weed plus the root and leave the soil behind. It takes time and patience but I now know that this is a great purchase.
