I've heard the phrase uttered over and over again, but I've developed what amounts to arrogance with cheap goods. If you have a delicate touch, know how things work, etc etc, then it makes sense to buy the cheaper item, right? Not in this case. I bought this staple gun specifically to use with u-shaped staples. I used the very staples it came with, and it was completely pitiful. I used over a third of the staples trying to test the tool over cardboard (see the photo I uploaded). The "normal" staples were fine. Weak, but fine. Good for nothing more than cardboard though. This stuff barely dents my drywall. The u-shaped staples though? Completely useless at hammering those in. Speaking of hammers, I'd 100% recommend one over this staple gun for the same purpose. This thing is that bad.
