First of all shipment was done directly from China, surprisingly it only took 5 days to arrive which was a good surprise. It was delivered through USPS directly in my mailbox. The tool itself looks very nice. The orange metallic finish looks much better than in the pictures. It includes 2 measurement rods in mm, one in black and another one in silver. Putting the tool together took a couple of minutes but one of the levers ( the one to attach the tool to the derailleur hanger) was very hard to get in, but once inserted it worked just fine. Once the tool is assembled it was very easy to use. Measure horizontally , ( pay attention to the position of the measuring rod AND the tool itself) then measure each side and adjust. At the beginning the difference was HUGE; on one side I had 35 mm on the other 50mm so I thought I was doing something wrong but no, it makes all the sense as the angle increases the distance of the tool against the rim surface as you get closer to the rim. Obviously something was wrong. Used the tool to lightly adjust the derailleur hanger and measured again, repeated the procedure until the difference between sides was minimal (2mm or so) . Then proceeded to measure vertically and repeated. Using a scale was more intuitive than using the o-rings as you can just remember or write down the numbers when comparing sides. That was the main reason I picked this tool over others and it made the process very intuitive and precise. If you ride hard and regularly hit rocks, trees or other surfaces while riding this tool saves you a lot of money in the long term. Unless you can do the process without the tool ( I failed many times before) I would recommend this particular tool for the job.
