It's a stamp with needles, height adjustable from the twist on the stem.It works as it says it should. Needles are fine, small, and very sharp.Easy to use with long or thick hair, and quite accurate.I would recommend start with the lowest setting and see how it feels before punching the stamp of needles deep into your scalp.Definitely worth it for the price as other products seems not to have some things that this offers. (Adjustability and ease of cleaning) Etc.Good product.
