Former nationally certified massage therapist with 10 years of trigger point experience. Into Bjj, hockey, video games, mma, guitar, and engineering is my day job. My hands are seriously abused and still delicate enough to play guitar. I have everything for mobility tools except this. First time use instantly relieved trigger points. I typically use theracane/hard rumble roller for arms and self massage or timtam massager to warm up muscles. This is now preferred due to ease of use, attachment selections, and effectiveness. I will use this daily and highly recommended it. Remember to breathe and warm up the tissue first. Take time and work through tense spots with patience and pressure. Side note: This works well on any area of body, however I would not recommend using on neck unless you are trained properly by a qualified professional bodyworker. I hit my scalene's effectively and rotator cuffs.
