This hole is specifically designed for the zip tool to slide through. If you can locate this hole, you can look for a loose area along the length of the siding's bottom edge.The vinyl siding panels overlap over what's called the J-channels. Sliding through the edge of the vinyl panel, you can gain access to the back lip of the channel.
