Work as a physio, lots of mobilising spines. Usually have a little bit of thumb pain at the end of the week, but since using this haven't had any at all.The fit is great (considering it is an off the shelf item), I have short digits so it is a little long, but stabilises thumb back to the MCP joint.I don't use this for every application, mainly just mobilising spinal joints, but certainly takes a lot of stress of the thumb.Would recommend it to every physio/myo/osteo/masseur as it certainly will make your practice easier and lengthen your career
