When I received the 3rd hand, tweezers were not included. There was just one small square box with the base. While I was very impressed with the multiple ways the base could be turned in two places to accommodate proper positioning of the held item, without the tweezers it was useless. Believing that they were somehow omitted by mistake, I contacted the Seller and received a rapid positive response. The seller corrected the problem as promised and I am very pleased to have the entire set. It is a great product that is a necessary item in every crafters work shop.
