This is the most exciting tool I have purchased for my candy business! Somehow - coincidentally - I stumbled on this as I was looking for a good tool for dipping caramel in chocolate - and this tool is the EXACT size of the caramels I make in my molds. It's so easy to pop a caramel in the tool, rotate it around in the melted chocolate, and turn them out on to parchment paper. I have purchased three of them so that I can rotate through them when the chocolate starts to cool a bit and begins to stick to the tool. This tool has made coating candy in chocolate quick, easy, and efficient. Game changer!
