After repeated efforts to clear my Keurig 2.0 needle with a paper clip to no avail, I ordered a Needle Cleaning Tool from Amazon on Sunday, it was shipped on Monday and arrived on Tuesday! I put water in it, placed it in my Keurig as if it was a pod and then opened & closed the top five times. That process dipped the needle into the water each time the top was closed. After removing the cleaning toolI was amazed to find a significant amount of coffee grounds in the water that had not been released by using the paper clip. I repeated the process a second time and had more grounds released, although significantly less than the first time. I repeated the process 3 more times and had no grounds at all on the 5th iteration. I then tried dispensing hot water and my Keurig worked great! In retrospect I believe that it would have dispensed after my 1st cleaning with the tool and the hot water would have flushed the remaining coffee grounds out, but I was curious about how much I could get out each time with the tool. I am still amazed at how easy it was to use and how well it worked!
