I have owned around 12 Dyson vacuums and loved them until the batteries died out on the stick vacuums. This vacuum was purchased as new and I am wondering if it was used. The parts were dirty. I let it charge all night. This morning when I used it on the low speed it died out in less than 15 minutes. Could not finish my little 500 sq ft living room and kitchen. Very disappointed...can't send it back because I had already thrown out the box. I will never buy a Dyson on Amazon again or from this dealer.
