The box is real heavy, so I Imagine every person that had to move it, wasn't strong enough. The box was pretty tore up and damaged. I'm sure some dragged and scooted the package to where it needed to get to. It had LOTS of tape to keep it together. I'm surprised and happy every piece was accounted for. I'm a happy customer!Husband loves it. Great option to save money on the individual tools. But. If it's a surprise, have someone to help you. Because the box is HEAVY. Bought it as a Christmas present and had to give it to him early because I couldn't lift it. He loves it it though.Received 2 17mm wrenches and no 16mmGreat tool set for home use. I own one. But Home Depot has it for $350!!! WAY overpriced!Amazing quality for the money. A lot better than my Chinese Craftsman tools. Fit and finish on tools are fantastic, they fit bolts and nuts with little to no loose tolerances. Sockets fit on the ratchet wrenches an don't flop all over the place. And you can take it to home depot if you break it and get another for free.
