If you broke this as I saw another reviewer state, you are doing it wrong. It takes a bit of practice, but once you learn how to grab the springboard properly this makes bracelet and strap removal a snap. I prefer to use a different tool for installing, and this for removal. Quality is great, and has a stop point adjustment screw to keep you from damaging things.
