This is a great product. I give it a 5 star because all the stuff I wanted in it, works great. The pliers, knife, big flat tip and #2 Phillips are flawless. The can opener isn't in the most ideal position for opening cans. I would have liked this to be more efficient but I'm not dissatisfied. It seems to me like the can opener should have been on the edge of the tool instead of in the middle. The handle kind of restricts use of its intended purpose. As an aviation mechanic, our oil cans are still 1930 style, so you have to church key them open. You can still use the bottle opener to cut slits into the top of the can and its still effective for good air flow and pour. However, with the design of the pliers, it's hard to position the opener in an edge spot for plier folding reasons. I think it can be corrected, but the can opener and bottle opener machined tapered edges would need to be reversed and swapped of positions. I think then, it would be really effective for cutting a can all the way around to fully remove the top. The locking mechanism is a great design. Pliers are very durable and the jaws are definitely great grippers without much force needing applied. Seems like it's going to hold up well. The pocket clip is a wonderful feature and the tool is awesomely compact. I bought this to prevent the need for a sheath as I already carry a flashlight and cell phone case on my belt. I am one more accessory away from looking like law enforcement and I'm glad I can carry this without it being attached to my belt. Although some people have complained that you have to open the pliers to unfold the knife and other accessories, that's untrue. The only tool that you really can't get out without deploying the pliers is the Phillips because it rests under the plier head when folded. This is the basic idea of most other multi tools anyway so it's not that hard to get accustomed to.
