Low rating for customer service. The tool itself is good. It does it’s job with standard compression fittings. I own several of these. The one I received did not have an adjustable/interchangeable plunger to accommodate smaller fittings as described. Requested a return and was ignored. Opening a claim is a pain in the butt so I just kept it. Make sure it’s what you want.
